The Manager Selection team within our division Investment Management is responsible for the assessments and recommendations on external asset management strategies for institutional clients in SEB. We are now looking for a Selector based in Stockholm.

About the role:
As a Selector, you will be an integral part of the product development of institutional investment products all the way from the idea phase up until launching the product to clients. You will assist in the qualitative and quantitative assessments of external asset managers with a special focus on private markets investments and fixed income. You will work closely with a Senior Selector and support in investment, operational and sustainability due diligence and follow-up to review capabilities.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Academic degree and a keen interest into financial markets
- Analytical mind set and some experience of financial research and of private markets investing is an advantage
- You should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- You are interested in providing a high level of service internally as well as externally and you are a true team player with a strong capability of prioritizing the daily work in a structured manner as well as cooperating internally
- You need a high level of proficiency in both Swedish and English
