Shortly about us
We drive efficiency and productivity with workflow automation and seamless user experience for Sandvik. We deliver different capabilities, products and Global IT processes. The teams are responsible for delivering the platform ServiceNow and its capabilities – including ITSM, ITOM, Secops, Integrated Risk and Business Continuity.
About your job
In this position, you manage the people in our Product and Support teams within Enterprise Workflows as well as leading our Global IT Processes team – assessing team health to ensure they have the right prerequisites for success. With a passion for the area, platform and processes, you handle the complexity such as finance, politics, objectives, and escalations on a daily basis. You drive change management and competence planning in collaboration with product teams, empowering and growing your teams to enhance self-management and enable skills development. Acting as a true Sandvik leader, you provide support during changes and act as a representative for your team, always with our policies and core values in mind.
The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from home or another location.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a natural leader mindset in a technology-focused environment and a proven track record in people- and change management. You have knowledge of ITIL processes and it’s beneficial to have knowledge of ServiceNow. As we’re a global organization, fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is required.
You develop the people around you through influential and credible leadership and you have a genuine desire to drive change and enable growth. By being self-motivated and outgoing, you know how to prioritize and creatively solve problems on the go. With your excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management, you have good abilities to cooperate and establish strong relationships.
