The section IXA – Information management and services consists of six groups which are all fundamental in making Scania Data Driven. We serve all of Scania and our mission is to make the use of data, information, intelligence and analytics an integrated part of everyday work in all business areas. We are now looking for a manager for the Data Platforms and Data Mesh group and thus a member of the IXA management team.

To succeed in this role, you are required to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels in the company and you have a natural ability to cooperate. Thus, a broad network within Scania complemented by smooth communication abilities is advantageous. Previous leadership experience and specifically development of organisations is meriting. Finally; integrity, energy and an analytical mindset are beneficial.
Except for working with great and competent colleagues, we will offer you permanent employment from day one without a try-out period. We believe in recruiting the right people in the right way, giving them the prerequisites they need to succeed. We also have a hybrid office policy. This, in practice, means that you can work from home, from our brand new office in Stockholm City, or from the headquarters in Södertälje. We normally meet with the team 1-3 days a week in Södertälje, based on individual and team needs.
