Role Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist (multiple levels) to join our team. You will play a key part in developing our machine learning and optimisation products. As a core contributor of the product team you will work closely with management and clients to implement scalable and impactful machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex energy-related problems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages, Python in particular.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of optimisation techniques, probabilistic forecasting methodologies or stochastic control theory.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or another relevant field.
