Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting services for clients utilizing the Lumera platform

Utilize deep technical understanding of Lumera’s technical environment, including database management, runs, reloading, and configuration

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Lumera environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, such as SAFe trains or Scrum teams

Qualifications:
Strong insurance expertise, specifically with previous experience working with Lumera

Documented experience in similar Lumera consulting assignments

Strong understanding of Lumera’s database, runs, reloading, configuration, and troubleshooting

Experience with Tomcat

Experience working in an agile environment, with a preference for SAFe or Scrum experience

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
