Your Role: Logistics Coordinator

As part of our supply chain team, you’ll be the key player ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly. You’ll manage everything from critical documentation to transportation coordination, acting as both the glue that holds our processes together and the oil that keeps them moving efficiently. You will be joining a fantastic team of six people and report to the Supply chain manager.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and manage logistical documents and certificates.
• Organize the transportation of goods between production sites and warehouses, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize stock transport loads for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain SAP records with up-to-date information on in-transit goods.
• Step in to support Supply Chain Coordinators when needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Stay on top of all logistical and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Upload certificates and packing lists on time for stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized system for batch certificates and logistics documentation.
• Prioritize responsiveness and efficiency in stock transport management.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a logistics wizard with both the technical skills and the personal traits to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your communication skills come in handy as you convincingly manage internal communications, build strong relationships, and assertively negotiate with suppliers to achieve set goals and meet deadlines.

Your Skills:

• Academic University degree.
• Fluency in English (bonus points if you speak Spanish or Italian).
• Experience with SAP and GDP regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel—pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are second nature to you.
• A solid understanding of supply chain flows and the numbers behind them.
