About you:
In this role, you will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the CX vision by helping the organisation understand user and customer needs, from discovery to execution, and canalize it to the global delivery teams. You will also drive and contribute to more significant initiatives through user-centered and user interface design methodology and skills, and close collaboration with the global delivery team and stakeholders across the organisation.
We believe you have a background where you can combine technical skills with business process understanding to reach tangible results in the Customer Experience area.
Key accountabilities for the role:
Responsibility to drive and support the customer experience’s overall vision and mission with innovative solutions for user research, feedback and design.
Drive deliveries in collaboration with the customer experience guild and the delivery team members to deliver on guild- and team commitments.
Responsible for preparation, design and execution for Mölnlycke’s Design System in collaboration with the user experience guild and product owners.
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solution.
Responsible for development and documentation of customer personas, needs, requirements & processes.
Develop visual prototypes, when appropriate, or other relevant tests with users & customers.
Responsible for preparation and execution of testing with users securing user satisfaction and validation of business value.
If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
University Degree in computer science, interface design, user experience design, human computer interaction or equivalent education.
Minimum 5 year’s work experience in designing digital products. Understands architecture, interaction, visual design and UX research with focus understanding customer and user needs.
Proficiency and experience from working in Figma.
Proficiency and experience from developing design systems with focus on accessibility and inclusive design.
Extensive experience from documenting customer profiles & personas, customer needs and customer journeys.
Strong ability to help build empathy, clarity, and simplicity to understand user groups and build great tools to make their work and lives easier.
Documented experience from developing solutions that work as a part of a larger digital ecosystem and in a complex organisation.
Strong collaborator and communicator, who can inspire and work with not only design partners, but many other stakeholders from marketing to engineering.
Have a people-focused design mentality. To constantly learn from user feedback, whether that’s hands-on user research or a quantitative A/B test.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods.
Understanding of Design Thinking development methods.
Technical experience in relevant platforms & technologies within the area of responsibility.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
