We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, take charge of our first projects, and help us grow.

Since you’ll be one of the first persons on our hydrogen initiative, the ability to work independently is a big plus. You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate closely with the Strategy Office and Asset Development & Partnerships Domain.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating Flower’s ideal positioning within the hydrogen value chain.
  • Verifying and building robust business cases accentuating Flower’s unique capabilities.
  • Identifying and leading projects from their initial phase to operation, including cost

responsibility.

  • Negotiating with partners and subcontractors.
  • Managing the projects’ timelines, scopes and budgets.
  • Managing a great variety of external stakeholder dialogues.

Key job requirements:

  • + 2 years of work experience as a project manager is strongly preferred or experience in initiating and driving new business initiatives.
  • A Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Relevant disciplines include business and

administration, industrial engineering, energy engineering, or related studies.

  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects is a must, preferably within the energy- or other asset-heavy industry.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English are required.
  • A working permit in Sweden is required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with gas production specifically is a strong plus.
  • Experience in managing dialogues with municipalities or local public authorities is a great advantage.
  • A self-starter attitude is needed, as well as a structured mindset.
  • Great presentation and communication skills are highly valued.

You should be willing to submit to a background check as the security of the electricity system is our top priority.
