About the role

The Junior People Generalist is a new role within the People & Organization function. The main objectives of the role are to support the Chief Organization & Sustainability Officer to build a world-class workplace that attracts, motives, and retains extraordinary people, and to participate in the development of the function’s objectives, processes, and systems.

You will report to the Chief Organization & Sustainability Officer.

How you make an impact

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Organizing and preparing paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process.
  • Administrating and ensuring the company’s HR information systems and records are up-to-date and confidential.
  • Helping organize training and development initiatives.
  • Collecting, measuring, and analyzing HR metrics and KPI’s.
  • Providing an effective support service to employees and managers that covers absence, vacation and sick pay, people policies and guidelines, benefits, and other employee related matters.
  • Supporting middle management with input and advice on people-related issues.
  • Assisting the external payroll function by providing relevant employee information.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as a high drive when working alone.
  • High integrity, ability to work ethically and maintain confidentiality.
  • Responsible for own actions and following through on commitments.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal / written skills in English and Swedish.
  • Basic knowledge of people management and recruitment processes.
  • Being proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • University degree within HR & Organization, Leadership, and Change Management.
