ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join IMPACT Commerce in Sweden. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility in Sweden. Your key responsibilities will include local content creation, event management, and fostering partnerships with industry associations and local tech partners.

In this role, you will drive lead generation and operational efficiency in both Sweden and Norway. Additionally, you will be instrumental in executing the group marketing strategy and supporting market entry efforts in both countries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the overall Marketing Strategy with the purpose of increasing brand awareness of IMPACT Commerce in Sweden and Norway
• Collaborate with the group marketing team to develop and execute performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Drive the generation of high-quality MQLs through strategic event planning, social media engagement, and targeted campaigns.
• Organize and participating in trade fairs and industry events to showcase our brand.
• Harness the power of LinkedIn takeovers to engage with key stakeholders and amplify our reach.
• Play an essential role in creating compelling local content that resonates with our target audience in Swedish and/or English.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience working in the Marketing field, with focus on B2B marketing and ideally in the industry of Commerce Agencies or similar.
• Proven track record of taking part in successful projects related with increasing brand awareness.
• Experience with defining new company wide marketing initiatives.
• Experience in lead generation programs and strategies.
• Familiar with event management (internal and external)
• Able to work in an international environment and to collaborate with different stakeholders across the organisation.
• Able to take ownership, work independently, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues.
• Great verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort synthesising ideas, communicating insights and driving actions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within Scandinavia.
• Fluent in Swedish and English – spoken and written.
