The scope

In this role, you will be part of Resurs IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank to ensure that we add as much business value as possible in the areas of Consumer Applications, Loans & Deposits.

This will give you the opportunity to work in a truly entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us into a more competitive bank by offering our partners and customers better products and services.

You will work with competent and engaged developers and report to the Development Director.

The focus of the role will be:

  • Manage the product team to be able to deliver according to the requirements
  • Ensure that the team operates in an efficient way when developing and operating the product
  • Responsible for the life cycle management of the product
  • Responsible for the budget of the team
  • Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve the highest possible motivation and engagement

About you

We believe that you have a relevant educational background and experience in managing staff/competence development. In addition, the following characteristics are desirable.

  • Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development.
  • Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

As a person, we see you as flexible and independent with a desire to collaborate.
You are open and like to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues. You are structured and driven and are interested in always improving ways of working and routines. You have the ability to transform functional needs into technical specifications and an appropriate user interface.

Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs office as you sometimes might need to be on-site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.

Start date: As soon as possible, but we wait for the right candidate

Employment rate: Full time

Working hours: Normal office hours and we have flextime

Office: Helsingborg

Remote work: You have the possibility to work from home some days
