Our IT team is looking for 2 new team members, in Helsinki and in Stockholm.
You will be part of a small but tightly-knit team, who takes pride in helping 600 Eficodeans work in the most efficient way possible.

Your Mission:

As one of our IT Support Technicians, your mission is to ensure our employees’ continuous work with top-of-the-line IT support. As a key technical person, you will handle various tasks in our day-to-day operations, from setting up new devices to troubleshooting diverse technical issues and managing access rights to our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing support and solutions for hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Device and Software Setup: Configure and deploy new devices and software for employees, ensuring they are properly integrated into our systems.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Documentation: Create documentation on processes and frequently asked support questions and upkeep employee-facing knowledge base
  • Project Involvement: Participate in various development projects, demonstrating self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and taking responsibility for your work.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Customer Service Mindset: Ability to solve software and hardware issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: understanding of different operating systems, including Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. Experience in user management in Microsoft, Google and Atlassian services is a plus.
  • Security Consciousness: Understanding of data privacy and security principles and practices.
  • Networking Skills: Familiarity with networking components such as firewalls, routers, and switches, as well as cloud technologies.
  • Continuous Learning: A desire to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel occasionally as needed, especially within the country you are located in.
  • Empathy: Demonstrate empathy in all interactions, understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of your internal customers to provide the best possible support.

We are looking for one IT Support Technician in Helsinki and one in Stockholm and we hope you are already living in Finland and Sweden.

This is a hybrid remote position. Given the nature of the role, we’d love for you to join us in the office regularly to connect with your colleagues and internal customers!
