Do you like IT and technology? Are you a student that wants to two to three times a week? We are looking for an onsite IT Support Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance to our employees in Solna. If this sounds like something for you, apply today!
As an onsite IT Support Technician You will also be part of our IT Service Desk team where you handle tickets that are assigned to you. Your daily job will involve install or troubleshooting computers, phones, tablets. You will provide technical assistance and support for all End-User regarding our IT products and services, with a strong focus on customer service. Support includes answering questions, troubleshooting problems and install IT equipment. We are looking for someone with good technical knowledge, who is able to solve support issues effectively and communicate solutions to our end users. You must also be customer oriented and have good skills in English, both written and verbal. This positon is part time.
Your main responsibilities:

Install computers, phones, tablets for new employees.

Provide support and technical assistance for audio/video equipment in conference rooms.

Respond to and properly manage tickets entered into the IT Service Desk ticket system and provide resolution either in person or over the phone, within specific timeframes according to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
About you
In order to be successful in this role you need to have:

1-2 years of experience as a support technician (1st and 2nd level) or other technical support roles.

Must be able to work on site in the Solna office two days a week.

Proficient in supporting and using Windows 10/11, Apple iOS, Office 365 suites.

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.

Experience with PC deployment and management technologies (SCCM).

Unhindered communication in English – with merit in other Nordic language.

Customer-oriented, positive, and calm personality is desirable.
