Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Team Lead IT Support to join our high performing team.

As the IT department expanding we are in the phase of creating a dedicated support team and we are now looking for a team lead who can lead the IT support team with seven direct reporting support engineers located in our offices across Europe. You will report to Head of IT and be a part of Leo Vegas IT management team.

What will you be doing:

  • Lead a team seven direct reporting support engineers located in our offices across Europe.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Support Team.
  • Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to IT support staff.
  • Provide support where needed.
  • On-board new technical support team members.
  • Assist in the creation of the team KPIs as well as monitor and report on results.
  • Ensure that user inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure that on and offboarding of users are planned and executed timely and professionally.
  • Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce user issues.
  • Review IT support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.

Our perfect Candidate has:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is a must.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Capable of adapting to a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a critical and analytical mind
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with
    • IT support processes.
    • IT Asset Management system and working practices.
    • Networking, commonly used IT software and IT hardware.
    • User management and MDM Service
    • Familiar with Help Desk ticket System
    • Video conferencing services.
    • Remote IT support.
    • Supplier relationship and management.
