Inside Sales Account Manager – Denmark

This role will preferably be based in our HQ in Lund.

Your future team
You will be reporting to Frida Hjortronsteen, Manager of Inside Sales – Nordics. As of today, Frida has a team of 5 energetic, open and driven people in the role(s) of Inside Sales Account Manager, Sales Development Representative and Sales Administrator . Besides your closest teammates, you will also work with the whole sales organization in Nordics, including Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers & Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely to marketing – always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.

What you will do as an Inside Sales Account Manager
As an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM), you will be responsible for several authorized and silver partners, actively approaching, establishing and developing the relationship to thrive business. You will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Training, Sales Engineers and R&D departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
Being an ISAM for Axis means building long-term strategic relationships to our partners as well as create great internal collaborations to your teammates. You will be a true bearer of our company culture. Always making sure you are recruiting, developing and educating our partners with the high level of service that allows Axis to be the company we are today!
This position may require occasional travel (around 85% office-based 15% travel). Preferably, you will be office based in our headquarters in Lund, but since we believe in flexibility you will also be able to work from home occasionally.
Other responsibilities include:
- Drive sales in Denmark together with your team
- Educate the channel on Axis products, tools and values
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts
- Recruiting new partners within your territory and make sure they reach their targets
- Identifying, building and maintaining profitable relationships with resellers, IT and Security integrators as well as channel distributors
- Encourage partners to join Axis partner programs and drive their growth
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts)
- Visit and participate at certain fairs and exhibitions or meet partners, develop opportunities and work more closely with the Swedish market

Even if you do not know every single screw and nut in our products, you possess high level of curiosity, persistency and can absorb information to build your knowledge. Last but not least, we believe you are a pure team player who loves to share and care!
We’d love to hear that you have/are:
- Some years of experience in a commercial role, preferably sales & technology
- Experienced in/enthusiastic about technology
- Fluent in Danish & English language, written and spoken
- An understanding for CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
