Together with several other I-talents, you will be offered a unique chance to participate in a program that will kick-start your journey at Scania. You are employed in a specific role and belong to a team but alternate the work in your role with meetings together with the other I-talents. The program starts every fall and is designed for you who are new in your career and aim to give you the best possible conditions to grow into your role. I-talent Program consists, in addition to daily work in your team, mainly of three parts – “Learning your professional role”, “Go-and-see” and “Training”. This provides very good opportunities to build a good network within Scania and in addition to your I-talents colleagues and your closest manager, you will be assigned a buddy who will be there for you the first time. CI-Machine


As part of this team, you will belong to Scania R&D and be welcomed into an experienced, competent, and forward-thinking team that works with the CI-Machine – a new functionality that will be crucial for Scania’s ambition to be a market leader in innovative solutions. The goal of the CI-Machine is to create an automated pipeline – an “integration-as-a-service solution” that enables designers to build, configure, and trigger tests for both software and hardware within the entire Scania modular system. Here, you will work with cutting-edge CI/CD development and operate fullstack with JAVA, Python, and AWS cloud. Your work will ultimately contribute to shorter lead times in production, improved environmental impact, and cost efficiency within Scania as well as Traton Group.

Today, the team consists of 10 people, but there are great ambitions to grow, and we are looking for several i-Talents to join this team. You will be welcomed into a multicultural group from all over the world that enjoys each others company both on and off the job. The team works in a hybrid model between the office in Södertälje and remotely from home.

We are looking for

  • A post-secondary education in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, network engineering etc.
  • Knowledge or experience in Java, python or other programing language
  • Knowledge or interest in testing
  • Very good knowledge in English as it´s the primary language you will use in your daily work
  • Highlt meritative with Swedish language proficiency
