About the role.
As a Industrial Process Developer, you will develop and implement solutions which contribute to achieve client goals by creating problem understanding and databased insights into the production processes.
The assignments will be shaped according to the client’s processes, products, and supply chain, as well as the maturity level of their current production technology, information systems, and data usage. The assignments can be both operational and strategic, primarily in the mining, manufacturing, engineering, and process industry. Work is carried out both from your own home office and on-site, often in production environment. You will have a leading roles, combining your process and business knowledge with your technical expertise. Taking responsibility for the entire delivery, as well as its implementation and evaluation, is a natural part of the role.
The role involves participation to increase the internal competence at Sigma, where you will participate in your own focus groups, lectures, educate, and share each other’s challenges in various assignments. Along the way, we become a self-sufficient and learning team that collectively develops each other and our clients.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics, quality, maintenance, and production technology. Experience in leading a team is considered meritorious.

You likely have an engineering education or equivalent industry experience from previous positions.
