We have around 100 employees located around the globe, working with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry. What does the position entail?
As an Inbound Business Development Representative in our digital marketing team, you will manage a high volume of inbound leads through various means of communication (email, live chat, phone) and develop deep product knowledge to aid in converting these leads into qualified opportunities for the digital marketing team. You must have excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
We’re looking for people who are focused on personal and professional growth, have a team-focused sense of competition, and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals, all while working with the highest sense of integrity.
In this role, you will, among other things:
- Follow up and qualify marketing leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and assorted campaigns
- Meet and exceed your meeting and pipeline target
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market.
- Track and keep up-to-date with all prospect information
- Engage in team development and mentoring
- Work with Marketing and Customer Support teams to create great experiences for our current and prospective customers
- Generate meetings for the sales team through the rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads
- Learn to effectively identify qualified leads, articulate Brightvision’s value proposition, and route opportunities properly to the direct sales team
- Build a plan to reach out to key prospects and have a timeline for execution.
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to key prospects and establish a line of communication.
To be suitable for the role you need:
- Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) experience in a similar role
- Be interested in the consultant role and enjoy generating satisfied customers
- Think that software companies and IT companies seem to be exciting clients
- Have the ability to get things done quickly, efficiently, and structured
- Enjoy a fast pace in a cross-functional environment, where you work with many different people
- Have a strong desire to be in technology sales and have already developed a baseline framework for how to effectively sell
- Hunter’s mentality with a strong eagerness to succeed.
