About the role

As our Senior Strategic Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving large-scale deals and expanding Worldfavor’s footprint globally. This position is perfect for someone experienced in enterprise sales, SaaS, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, preferably with a background in sustainability.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute the strategy for large strategic accounts
  • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles
  • Lead negotiations and contract management at the enterprise level
  • Drive internal strategic projects to align our solutions with client needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Create strong communication and engagement plans for key accounts together with the marketing team

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, managing high-value accounts, consistently exceeding quotas
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Deep knowledge of and/or experience in corporate sustainability
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales dialogues with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in market expansion and strategy development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic yet hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, self-driven, and a true team player
  • Strong business acumen and self-leadership skills
