INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Join VINCI Energies & Omexom for an International and Local HR Experience!
Are you ready to dive into the world of Human Resources, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employer branding? Join us for an internship based in Stockholm, Sweden, with direct links to our office in Paris. This unique opportunity allows you to gain knowledge in both international and local HR practices, working closely with our teams across Europe.
Mission Overview and tasks:
The internship involves proposing an International Learning Experience program.
This includes assessing the learning needs of young professionals, benchmarking existing programs, and designing a structured curriculum. You will collaborate with HR teams for program rollout and measure its impact through proposed KPIs.
The role also involves executing Employer Branding Activities.
This includes planning and implementing initiatives at schools and universities in Sweden, developing and delivering presentations to promote VINCI Energies, and building relationships with academic institutions. You will work closely with student organizations for partnership development and enhance our recruitment efforts.

VINCI Energies Europe North West (which bears the same name as the Division), a French company based in Montesson (78), is a management company that supports the VINCI Energies Europe North West Division.
