Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Process Consultant with a strong background in finance processes, business transformation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve finance operations through practical AI and automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. This is a business-oriented role, not a software development or AI engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify automation and AI opportunities across financial close, reporting, controlling, and FP&A.

Analyze and optimize existing finance workflows and processes.

Configure AI-enabled workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar platforms.

Develop and test proofs of concept to demonstrate business value.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Develop roadmaps for finance automation and AI adoption.

Drive implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Transformation.

Experience in finance processes, reporting, and business process improvement.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar no-code/low-code solutions.

Knowledge of workflow automation and AI-enabled business processes.

Ability to translate business challenges into practical automation solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.

Familiarity with Power Query and data analysis tools.

Experience in international organizations and finance digitalization initiatives.
