This Role Ideally Suited For:
1. Technology sales executives with experience developing reseller channels, ideally related to tracking, PTT communications, mobility, fleets, worker safety and communications, etc.
2. Someone in fleet management-, procurement-. or logistics/supply-chain-related role looking to leverage their knowledge of telematics to lead the business of a dynamic and fast-growing company

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sales Leader to join our team, someone who can develop the region and eventually grow and manage its sales team. You will collaborate with the CEO and play a key role in sales performance, managing projects, and overseeing both inside and outside sales activities across the Nordic region (and additional regions if interested).
- Successful team building/management and solution sales capability related to B2B technologies, ideally related to mobility/connectivity OR strong experience and understanding of fleet management solutions as an end-user for procurement/sales
- Capability to develop regional reseller network to handle B2B and B2C sales
- Development of SIer relationships to scale sales into SMB, MNCs, Govt
- Open minded attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest towards international business and latest technology.
- Great collaboration skills and an enthusiastic, goal-oriented and proactive mindset – you can work and solve problems independently but also enjoy cooperating with multicultural teams and partners
- Solid skills with MS O365 tools, especially with Excel, PPT and Word
What You Will Do:
· Develop and manage sales for Tramigo’s Tracking or PoC solutions in the Nordic region
· Work with and expand reseller partners to expand market reach
· Daily communication with customers and driving of the sales funnel
· Ensuring successful customer boarding with the tech support team
· Taking part in research for new potential customers together with marketing and future local colleagues
· Conduct inside sales in the region as needed, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communications
· Travel as needed within the assigned territory
Primary Product Focus (Depends on Candidate Product Experience)
· Mass volume deployment of FCT (GPS Tracker) series through channel partner (especially motor), insurance companies, financing partners, as well as reseller channels for end-customers. Also, Mission-Critical Fleet Management (MCFM) & standard B2B Fleet Management.
· Push-To-Talk Over Cellular (POC)
