We are seeking a versatile IT Operations Project Manager with experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of running multiple projects in parallel, coordinating with various teams, and being hands-on with technical tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can structure projects, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Actively support projects with hands-on activities and knowledge.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, HR, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably with a background in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proactive and engaging approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration and understanding across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms, network administration, and server management.
  • Familiarity with IT security measures and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work across different locations and time zones.
