We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Compliance Execution Manager to join our team to drive our compliance agenda and help us navigate the complexities of NIS2 and DORA regulations. Y ou have experience from working with telecommunications services while ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and standards.

As a Compliance Execution Manager , y ou will be part of the Customer Experience and Offering management team within B2B in Sweden , responsible for Offering Management, Process & Information and Experience Design & implementation . Everyone within the team have their own clear responsibilities but we are working closely together, and the team spirit is central, as we together solve and manage our challenges with great commitment and willingness to contribute.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, update, implement, and maintain compliance programs within B2B in Sweden in accordance with current (e.g. NIS2 and DORA) and future EU and SE regulations.

• Set requirements and secure funding for tools to make compliance level available and visualized for the B2B organization e.g. GRC-tool for our offerings and products.

• Identify and mitigat e compliance risks, including conducting impact assessments.

• P rovid e guidance and training to employees on compliance matters to ensure our offering & products comply with relevant national and international regulations related to security, privacy, and sustainability

• Responsible for the process between changes in our services – third party risk mgmt. – and fulfillment of contracts with special terms and conditions.

• Monitor, report and assess the B2B’s compliance level with relevant laws and regulations in close cooperation with Security, Legal and Technology

• Assist in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and provide recommendations for corrective actions

Risk management – Identify, evaluate and minimize risks to improve the sustainability of compliance program.

Your e xperience:

• University degree

• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives within compliance, preferably within the telecom industry

• In-depth knowledge of NIS2 and DORA regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience of driving change and make it happen
