My name is Alaleh Mashkouri, and I am the Head of B2C Data & Analytics at Telia Sweden. I am looking for a Business Architect – Analytics to join our team, where you will play a key role in providing best-in-class analytics and BI solutions to our business. You will be responsible for creating high-level conceptual designs and information models to support BI reporting, visualizations, self-service analytics and advanced analytics.

At Analytics, you will work alongside domain experts and skilled business translators in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with B2C business areas across Sweden to build and deliver innovative solutions that drive Telia’s transformation into a data-driven company.

As a Business Architect…

You will be instrumental in aligning BI and analytical data models with Telia’s Common Information Model, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions for business users. Your work will involve close collaboration with BI and Analytics professionals, business stakeholders, and the broader business community utilizing our solutions.

This role is created within Analytics, providing an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the position further. You will be part of an agile, objective-focused team, working in a self-leadership culture that values innovation, strategic thinking, and future data needs identification.

Analytics is moving toward smaller, cross-functional teams, integrating expertise across disciplines to deliver business-focused solutions.

Who We’re Looking For…

We are looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker who is passionate about delivering value through data and analytics. You are a strong problem-solver, skilled in building relationships, and have a deep understanding of business and solution architecture within the BI and Analytics domain. You are responsible to ensure the architecture of data solutions supports business needs and provides the right data at the right time. It is a bonus to understand data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, consistency and accuracy.

You should have at least 5 years of experience in BI & Analytics, with a focus on business and solution architecture. You can communicate solutions effectively with both business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

A university degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field is required. You are a team player, eager to share knowledge and openly discuss challenges and solutions. You are passionate about data, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously, and thrive in a high-paced delivery environment. Experience in the telecommunications is considered an advantage.
