We’re looking for an AI Orchestration Engineer to help shape the future of software development. This is a unique opportunity to explore AI-driven coding and take development speed, scale, and efficiency to a whole new level.

In this role, you’ll work alongside AI models, automation tools, and bots to build software faster and smarter—without compromising on quality. You’ll also play a key role in guiding our teams towards AI-powered ways of working, leading by example and sharing best practices along the way.

What you’ll do:

  • Turn ideas into action – Break down product requirements into clear tasks, guiding AI tools to generate code, designs, and solutions.
  • Coordinate AI workflows – Run multiple AI-powered development streams in parallel, ensuring everything comes together smoothly.
  • Review & refine – Debug, validate, and fine-tune AI-generated code to ensure it meets high standards and is ready for production.
  • Stay ahead of the curve – Test and integrate the latest AI tools to keep improving how we build software.
  • Lead the AI shift – Help teams embrace AI-assisted development by sharing insights, running demos, and offering hands-on support.
  • Keep things secure & responsible – Make sure AI-generated solutions follow security guidelines, respect IP laws, and meet company standards.
  • Build for the future – Contribute to system design, ensuring scalability and stability as AI-powered development evolves.

Skills & Requirements

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Solid experience in software development and a passion for AI-assisted coding that is beyond curiosity.
  • A strong understanding of user needs. You can translate customer stories into AI-driven solutions that actually make a difference.
  • You are technically strong and have experience working with Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Nest.js, Redis, RabbitMQ, Jest, and modern cloud-based architectures.
  • You are extra curious about AI and enjoy experimenting with AI tools and have proven experience finding new ways to improve workflows.
  • You’re eager to share knowledge and help teams adopt AI-first development practice and contributing to a thriving development culture.

Our Hiring Process:

  • Introduction meeting: A brief chat with our recruiter for us to understand your background better, and for you to learn about us and the role (approx. 30 minutes).
  • Personality & Logic Test: A short assessment to help us understand your problem-solving abilities and cognitive strengths via Alva Labs
  • Meet and Greet: Meet with our CTO to assess your experience and skills, and for you to learn more about the projects we are working on (approx. 45 minutes).
  • Technical Interview: A deeper dive into your technical expertise with our tech leaders, and for you to get a better feel for our team (approx. 60 minutes).
  • Informal HR/team Interview: Before making an offer, we’ll have a final informal chat to answer any last questions and ensure everything feels right on both sides (approx. 30 minutes).
