Join our dynamic team at Securitas, a leader in the security services industry. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to drive our Oracle Finance implementation and enhance our Order to Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Finance implementations, focusing on the Order to Cash process and subscription management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Provide leadership to implementing countries, including:
    • Conducting workshops to facilitate discussions and gather insights from various teams.
    • Assisting in finalizing local designs.
    • Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes by staying current on industry trends and best practices, identifying and prioritizing improvement initiatives with key stakeholders, and driving these efforts forward.
  • Collaborate with the IT ERP Product Owner, HR, WFM, and other Process Leads on system and process developments.

Person Specifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Finance implementation or business analysis, specifically in the Order to Cash process area.
  • Proven experience in subscription management, preferably within the security or services industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Experience leading workshops and providing strategic guidance during implementations.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders in Finance.
  • Ability to operate and influence strategically across cross-functional partners.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

Education level and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or IT (desirable).
  • Familiarity with the Business Process Framework.

Reporting to: Head of Process Excellence

Location: Flexible within Europe. This role offers remote work options, allowing you to work from anywhere while staying connected with our team.

Travel: Throughout Europe

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
