Sapiens is looking for a strategic, relationship‑driven Account Growth leader to own and expand our existing customer footprint across the Nordics. This role is all about trusted partnerships – working at C‑level with leading insurance organisations to unlock new value through the upsell and cross‑sell of Sapiens’ core, digital, data, and cloud solutions. You will ideally have a network in the insurance industry and/or experience of working for an insurtech company.

Working Model: Remote – Stockholm
Main Responsibilities:
- Build on relationships with management and C-level and establish Sapiens as a trusted partner with our customers
- Identify new opportunities within existing customers, creation of winning proposals, managing the sales cycle, and driving thought-leadership into customer accounts
- Work to ensure customer retention by getting maximum value from our products and services
- Produce strategic account plans detailing customer strategy, business, people, and alignment to Sapiens’s people and propositions
- Ensure our customers benefit from the use of the latest versions of Sapiens software through incremental upgrades. Articulating the benefits of the new features and selling services to provide upgrades
- Ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of new sales opportunities including coordinating the internal stakeholders to support the upsell/cross-sell.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of enterprise software account management experience within the Nordic insurance industry, with a strong focus on complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions.
- Proven track record working for a Born‑in‑the‑Cloud or Cloud‑Native technology company, ideally within SaaS, insurance platforms, digital transformation, or cloud‑based ecosystems.
- Highly collaborative team player who thrives in a global, matrixed environment, working closely with colleagues across EMEA and the wider Sales organisation.
- Ability to build trusted C‑level relationships (CEO, CIO, COO, CDO) and navigate complex decision‑making environments within large multinational insurers.
- Strong influencing capabilities, with the professional maturity to challenge customer thinking and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- Excellent English (written and verbal); Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) are a distinct advantage.
