Why This Isn’t Another Performance Marketing Role?
You’ll take ownership of strategy, testing frameworks, financial decision-making, and client relationships while working alongside experienced growth strategists. You’ll be trusted to influence how established eCommerce brands invest, scale, and grow profitably.

What You’ll Be Doing?
You’ll work across Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms to help established brands scale profitably. You’ll own strategy across your client portfolio, influencing campaign direction, commercial decisions, and long-term growth. Your work will include:

Designing and optimizing paid media strategies aligned with commercial objectives.

Connecting marketing investment with financial metrics such as contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC.

Leading structured experimentation and identifying growth opportunities through attribution, incrementality, and performance analysis.

Delivering commercially focused reporting and confidently presenting recommendations to clients.

Partnering with Creative Strategy and Ad Operations to improve client outcomes.
-
Contributing to strategic discussions, mentoring teammates, and continually refining decision-making frameworks.
You’re a Great Fit If…
You’ve built a strong foundation in paid media and are ready to independently own strategy for high-growth eCom brands.

4–7 years managing high-spend eCommerce campaigns ($80k+ monthly).

Experience independently designing and evolving campaign architecture.

Proven ability to diagnose performance issues such as creative fatigue and auction dynamics.

Experience owning testing roadmaps focused on commercial impact.

Strong understanding of LTV:CAC, MER/aMER, payback periods, and contribution margin.

Experience contributing to media planning and budget allocation.
-
Demonstrated success scaling brands through creative, geographic, or offer strategies.

Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting strategic recommendations.

Trusted to make decisions with minimal oversight.

Full-time, exclusive role. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to fully commit and grow with the team.

Australian time overlap. You’ll need to be available for at least 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Australian time for meetings, training, and client collaboration.

Competitive compensation. Salary is negotiated based on your experience and impact. At a minimum, we’re prepared to match your current or most recent salary, with higher compensation available for exceptional candidates.
