Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business sales and revenue growth across the Nordics.
  • Establish and expand relationships with key banking and financial services clients.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for priority geographies.
  • Oversee the entire direct sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, pre-sales, and product management.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology/software sales within banking, fintech, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in working within a start-up environment, focusing on net new logos
  • Proven ability to drive business development, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and success-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
