Job Description:
Stellenbeschreibung
As a strategic partner to our business units, you will play a key role in implementing our HR strategies. Working closely with management and another HR Business Partner in Germany, you will develop innovative solutions that drive our company goals and foster an inspiring work environment.
Our HR team currently consists of five people based entirely in Germany. This makes the advertised position the central point of contact for all HR matters in Sweden and Norway – you’ll be our on-site anchor, ensuring smooth HR operations across the Nordic countries.
Your tasks:
- Strategic Consulting: Identify HR needs, support talent development, and shape organizational structures – always aligned with our business objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Initiate programs to boost employee satisfaction and promote a culture of appreciation and inclusion.
- Process Optimization: Analyze HR metrics, drive improvements, and support change processes.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and serve as a reliable point of contact for managers on complex HR matters.
- Project Work: Contribute to a wide range of HR topics – from performance evaluation to talent development. You’ll also actively support HR projects and initiatives such as diversity and inclusion or HR process improvements – from concept to implementation.
Your skillset:
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR, talent management, and labor law – ideally in an international setting or the tech/software industry (focus on Sweden; Norway is a plus).
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR regulations, experience with HRIS tools, analytical mindset, and a passion for data-driven decisions.
- People & Organizational Development: Experience in performance management, talent development, organizational development, and change management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and consulting skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate complex topics with empathy.
- Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a bonus).
What we offer:
- Work-Life Balance: 25 vacation days + flexible remote work (1–2 days/week)
- Community: Flat hierarchies, a culture of learning from mistakes, and legendary team events – from summer parties to holiday celebrations
- Perspective: A permanent position with room for ownership and professional growth.
