The opportunity

The FSP team develop and maintain a fully digital online financing experience for our retail, wholesale and NGA sales channels. Financing is offered through integrations and partnerships with banks and leasing companies.

The purpose of the role is to drive new initiatives within the product area. Examples of projects can be implementing a new partner integration and/or develop new features strengthening the financing experience for our customers.


The Responsibilities

  • Understanding and defining business needs
  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Bridging the gap between business and development team
  • Ensuring project scope and objectives are clearly defined
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration
  • Solution validation and testing
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress
  • Managing risks and issues
  • Post-project review and continuous improvement


The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-oriented mindset who can effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships and convey complex information clearly.

You are comfortable at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting is essential, as is being skilled in stakeholder and end-user communication. We value a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring practical and effective solutions.

In addition, you’ll need the following:

  • Proficient in Jira
  • Experienced in the diagnosis of system faults through the analysis of log files and proficient in understanding Json
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for technology and helping people.
  • Being fluent in English and business-level Korean would be beneficial
