The Junior Product Analyst role is a starting position for someone who wants to understand how organisations actually finish their work. This position helps us move beyond complicated spreadsheets to create a plain record of team progress. Our team is presently cataloging the project rhythms of several logistics firms in Sweden as part of a regional study. This role supports that effort by organizing the data we gather from these Swedish operations into a plain written format that shows exactly what has been finished and what is still waiting for a decision.
Employment setup
This is a permanent, full-time role with Olive Tree Consulting, a firm based in Italy. The position is fully remote, and we are accepting applications from candidates who have the legal right to work in their current country of residence. While the work is remote, you will be supporting a specific project involving partners in Sweden, so we require a full overlap with Central European Time working hours. This is a paid position. The hiring process consists of an initial conversation with a partner, a short written task focused on data organization, and a final interview. You will report directly to a Managing Partner. As this is a remote role, you will use your own equipment and reliable internet connection.

In this role
- Reviewing internal project trackers to identify where tasks have stayed stagnant for too long.
- Transcribing notes from remote client meetings into a consistent format that highlights specific outcomes.
- Updating product logs to ensure that every task has one person responsible for its completion.
- Organizing qualitative data from interviews with Swedish logistics partners into categorized reports.
- Assisting partners in the creation of simple project manuals that avoid professional jargon.
- Checking that internal records match the actual progress discussed in weekly syncs.
- Monitoring the rhythm of client communication to find where information is being lost.
- Drafting weekly summaries that show which decisions are still open and who needs to close them.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor degree or similar background in business, social sciences, or a related field.
- Comfort using basic features of tools like Notion, Excel, or Trello to track information.
- A preference for writing in plain, easy to understand English without using corporate buzzwords.
- The ability to look at a list of notes and find the logical pattern or the missing piece of information.
- Eager to learn how business processes work in a real-world setting.
- Close attention to detail, specifically when it comes to names, dates, and assigned tasks.
- A belief that a short, accurate email is better than a long, vague presentation.
- Comfortable working independently while staying in close contact via messaging and video calls.
