About the job

 

As Field Force Manager, you are Hyundai’s representative towards dealers/workshops in all matters relating to the business relationship regarding the after sales between the parties. You will develop the business through physical and digital meetings and work to maximize profitability by working in accordance with the brand’s guidelines. Within your area of responsibility, is also to serve as the natural link between the head office and the dealer network. 

 

Naturally, you will spend a lot of your working time out in the field visiting dealers. Frequent overnight stays are expected. Your base is your home office, although you would be able to stop by our two offices at any time: our head office in Solna and the other office in Malmö. The role reports to the Head of Aftersales.

 

  • Conduct meetings to develop the local and joint business for Hyundai
  • Continuously follow up key after sales figures with the dealer, e.g., fulfilment of target on parts and accessories purchases, customer satisfaction, and service retention
  • Contribute to optimizing the service network for the brand, geographically and business-wise
  • Be the dealer’s contact person at Hyundai’s in matters relating to the after sales
  • Create and initiate and implement measures and action plans in parts sales, workshop and marketing to develop the dealer’s after sales department
  • Assist departments and/or management within Hyundai in various projects if needed
  • You will have a lot of different interfaces in this position. Key stakeholders are the Sales and After Sales department, dealers and other Field Force Managers 

 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

 

  • Experienced from similar position
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good language skills in both Swedish and English is required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Analytical and structured with a good sense of administration
  • Driven and responsible with a positive and humble attitude. Great social skills
  • Curious and open to learning new things and driving change processes
