Position: Project Specialist – Total Rewards Transformation

Location: Malmö, Sweden (3 Days Remote and 2 Days On-site)

Contract: Freelance (1-year, extendable)

Background:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Specialists for People Operations Transformation Rewards team, focusing on Compensation, Variable Pay, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with variable pay, benefits, and compensation management, and proficiency in using ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.

As a Project Specialist in our Total Rewards team, you will work closely with the HR Transformation project (People Operations Transformation) in collaboration with global stakeholders from Ingka and across the matrix.

Responsibilities:

• Understand global HR processes, familiarize yourself with the global template, and understand end-to-end solution design.

• Work with global process owners and product owners to analyze local requirements and identify Local Functional Requirements (LFR) that must be embedded within global designs, considering legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.

• Advise on solutions to local business requirements and work with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of legal, fiscal, and regulatory needs.

• Lead the preparation and content creation for fit-to-standard workshops and local design validation workshops with each country.

• Prepare impact analysis for change requests.

Please note: The stakeholders and team operate in the European Time Zone.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Total Rewards processes, including understanding typical HR processes, considerations, decisions, and components necessary for successful HR process transformation projects.

• Previous experience working on transformation projects with complex requirements.

• Advisory experience in defining solutions for business requirements in a global HR transformation context.

• Ability to lead independently in a complex and evolving environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and content development for local design.

• Experience collaborating within and across multiple workstreams to drive progress.

• Hands-on knowledge of GlobalView and SuccessFactors is preferred.

• Experience working with ServiceNow is mandatory.
