Getinge is looking for an experienced and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our Global MarCom Team – a team that sits at the heart of the organization and is responsible for equipping Getinge’s regional MarCom Teams with brand-driven and customer-centric marketing content, campaigns and assets.

About the position:

The role is both strategic and operational. Based on input from across the business, you will develop and execute content strategies and content plans to address business challenges and pursue business opportunities, ensuring effective communication across channels and touchpoints. The role requires excellent writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy that appeals to the target audience and drives awareness, secures interest, and generates leads.

To succeed in the role, you must feel comfortable with approaching complex offerings with a fearless, curious and investigative attitude – with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling and customer-centric narratives that go above and beyond product features. To enjoy the role, you need to be a result-driven self-starter that enjoys taking charge, but with a talent for listening and absorbing the perspectives of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content strategy & planning: Develop, own and execute the content strategy and associated content plan in support of the overall business strategy and the broader digital strategy.
  • Content creation: Create a wide range of content assets such as website articles, blog posts, reports, white papers, case studies, and webinars. Sometimes by yourself, sometimes in partnership with external writers and agencies.
  • SEO & keyword management: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and stay up to date with best practices to drive organic traffic and visibility.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, reporting performance against KPI’s and using insights to drive continuous content optimization.
  • Project management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external agencies to ensure high-quality content creation.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of content marketing / inbound marketing.
  • Previous experience from a B2B marketing environment is a requirement.
  • Previous experience from MedTech, Pharma or Life Science is considered meritorious.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of content marketing, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about content creation and distribution.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional information:

  • This team follows a #LI-Hybrid work structure where team-members can choose to work remotely or from one of our offices in Malmö, Goithenburg or Solna.
  • Some international travelling is required, approx. 10-15 days/year.
  • The position reports to Director Content Marketing, based in Malmö.
