Our People & Culture department is looking for a HR Manager / People Partnering Lead who is eager to join  the q-commerce company on everybody’s lips! Your mission:

  • Leading the People Partnering team, coaching them in providing business-oriented and innovative support for our Managers and the organization. 

  • Owning and developing our HR processes such as Performance Review, Salary Review, Employee Survey, Resource Planning etc

  • Be a key player in driving the strategic  P&C strategy as a part  of our P&C Management team

  • Owning and driving various HR projects and initiatives

The People & Culture department is a diverse mix of competent, ambitious and friendly HR professionals. In this role you will be reporting to the People & Culture Director. 

Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.

Our recruitment process will include the following:

Telephone interview – Let’s cover the basics!
Psychometric tests via Alva Labs – We use science-based methodology.
First interview – Time to know each other a bit better!
Case interview – Do your magic and show us your skills!
✔ ️ Reference- & background check – Final step before we’ll become colleagues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR role with a focus as HR Manager, People Partner / HRBP

  • Leadership Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field

  • Knowledge & experience of working with Swedish labor law.

  • Fluent in Swedish & English
