Hemsida EVL Keys

We’re hiring: Community Manager

EVL Keys are building a football manager game driven by a genuine love for the game, and we are seeking a Community Manager to build and grow the community around it.

You’ll be the voice of Manager X and the bridge between our players and the studio. From the first followers to a thriving community, you’ll grow our presence across social channels, spark the conversations, and make sure the people who love what we’re building feel heard. You’ll also help run our testing efforts, turning players into playtesters and their feedback into something the team can act on.

This one is for a self-starter who can own community from the ground up. If you know football, know how communities are built, and can make people feel part of something, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll do

  • Build and grow our community across social media channels
  • Own our social presence: create, plan and publish content that captures the spirit of the game
  • Spark and nurture conversation, and be the everyday voice players hear from us
  • Administer and coordinate playtesting, and channel community feedback back to the team
  • Represent the player inside the studio, and the studio out in the world

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in community management
  • A genuine, deep interest in football (this one is a must)
  • A self-starter who can work independently and own community from scratch
  • Hands-on experience running or coordinating testing is a strong plus
  • Skilled across multiple social platforms, with an instinct for what makes a community tick
  • Someone who thrives with a small, senior, ambitious team

The details

  • Full-time
  • Remote

If you want to build the community around a football management game from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
