Your mission
As a Project Leader, you will take on a key role in driving regulatory compliance projects, ensuring adherence to evolving battery regulations and sustainability standards. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement compliance frameworks and process improvements. With a structured and proactive approach, you will monitor regulatory developments, translate requirements into actionable project plans, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation. Working in an international environment, you will build strong relationships and create lasting value—both for the business and for the advancement of innovative battery solutions.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader with a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects. With at least five years of project management experience, you are confident in navigating different project methodologies as well as different project management tools. You have a solid understanding of project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure, which helps you ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. As a natural communicator and active listener, you engage stakeholders effectively and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
