Dashl, a Swedish female founded beauty brand, is looking for a Logistics Specialist or Logistics Project Manager to join our growing remote team and support our fast-paced beauty business. In this role, you will manage and optimize our logistics operations, working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) provider and overseeing supply chain management. If you have experience with Amazon and Zalando setups, that’s a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3PL operations
• Manage inventory and optimize logistics processes
• Ensure a smooth supply chain experience
• Track performance and report on KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations
• Experience with Amazon FBA and/or Zalando ZSS logistics setups (big plus!)
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Swedish is a bonus!)
• Strong reporting and organizational skills

Job Details:

• Remote position (We want you to be based in Europe, since we are based in Stockholm)
• 15-20 hours per week (flexible hours, needs to be mainly within core CET business hours)
