Functional Objectives:
As the Sales Manager, your role is pivotal in achieving key functional objectives within your assigned country:
Formulating and executing strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
Generate a full understanding of the market and its relevant players in all channels.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with diverse customer profiles and channels.
Proactively identify and solve challenges to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to achieve organizational goals.
This position has a remote setup, with an ideal location near the Norwegian boarder and reports to the Country Sales Manager also based in Stockholm.
Main Tasks:
As the Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Customer relationship management at all management levels and all relevant functions
Develop and implement account plans with all customers to create value and business results.
Provide monthly forecasts, generate an understanding of risks and opportunities, track results and develop corrective actions if needed.
Develop and implement Marketing activities in close alignment with the Marketing team.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
Education : bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
Experience : Proven track record in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket.
Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges.
Language: Ability to communicate in a professional matter in both Swedish and Norwegian language, Strong communication skills in English
Accountability : Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to achieving sales objectives
