The role:

We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our Finance & Admin team. We currently have offices in Finland, Sweden and the UK and will consider applicants anywhere within EU & UK for this position. You will report into our Head of Finance who is based in Stockholm. Your main duties will involve day-to-day tasks related to finance and admin, which requires close collaboration and communication with our operational teams, such as RevOps, Customer Success, and HR.

Your tasks: * Within 3 months you will:

• Own the recurring monthly close and reporting process
• Own selected accounting related processes, e.g. intra-group consolidation and billing
• Build a close relationship and establish trust with all the key internal stakeholders and be the first point of contact for the organization for anything finance related
• Identify key improvement areas in the key accounting (including O2C) and monthly closing processes
• Within 6 months you will:
• Take ownership of maintaining the recurring financial plan updates and analysis
• Take ownership of selected ad hoc projects within Finance & Admin team
• Within 12 months you will:
• Drive monthly close and reporting to a new level
• Sky is the limit – take on as much responsibility as you wish currently managed by the Head of Finance

Your tasks will include:

• Co-ordinate, control, conduct, and drive improvements in the monthly financial closing process including accuracy of monthly accruals and capitalisations, and selected financial processes as needed, e.g. customer billing and collection process.
• Conduct monthly reporting for internal stakeholders (e.g. management team), as well as external stakeholders (e.g. shareholders)
• Conduct group controlling related activities and co-ordinate intra-group invoicing
• Help in ad-hoc financial and business analysis to support business decision making including e.g., pricing and customer analysis as well as preparing presentations for the management team and board of directors.
• Support in miscellaneous office and administrative tasks as needed, e.g. related to board resolutions, cap table management etc.

• Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Curiosity and continuous learner.
• Expert Excel and technical analysis skills. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce reporting experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles. Experience of working with startups and / or B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
