Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. Digitalisation is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on capitalisation on information as well as flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
One of the initiatives that is at the forefront of this transformation within Scania’s service operations is Digital Dealer where we have an immediate need to strengthen our capacity. In the longer term, there will also be other initiatives, where your involvement is desired. We are now looking forward to hire you as an Implementation Manager.

Your activities and responsibilities
As Implementation Manager you;
- Represent central digitalisation initiatives to implement products developed on a global platform that are part of an eco-system of applications supporting Scania’s services operations.
- Run preparation, pilot and rollout activities in close cooperation with the local Business Units, central development teams and process implementation specialists to ensure successful implementation of digital products.
- Make sure that users have information required so that the products are bringing expected benefits and collect feedback as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Spend significant amount of time understanding the business needs, taking care of stakeholder management, strategic alignment and data analytics to measure and follow-up success of the implementation and delivery of business objectives.
Your profile and experience
The role includes interacting with senior management, staff in Scania Business Units, development teams as well as the end users in the workshop. For this, we believe that you have great communication skills and contribute to a good working climate, transparency and trust in the projects. Your mindset is to support the business functions in the very best way and you are comfortable in situations that require cooperation, problem solving, and responsibility. Furthermore, the role requires a structured way of working and the capability to prioritize your tasks.
Adequate education could be industrial engineering, IT-development or business administration. You have experience in project management, leading digital implementations or service development. Knowledge of service business is beneficial.
Traveling will be required.
