This job opening is for the talented marketeer, as we offer you the possibility of combining your HubSpot lead-nurture skills with being MarCom lead for our Swedish Sales and Delivery organization securing a strong market position for Cepheo in Sweden.
You will be part of an 8-person, Scandinavian MarCom organization that takes pride in our deliveries and has the joint overall goal of building a local market position for Cepheo that secures both short-term and long-term leads. All our team members have their own field of expertise, ensuring strong joint-deliveries.
This position gives you the opportunity to use, and grow, your expertise in two areas:
(1) Being owner of the HubSpot marketing lead-engine across Cepheo (Denmark, Norway & Sweden). You will manage the cross-channel collection of customer insights from outbound activities as well as from events and telemarketing activities. You will evaluate prospect engagement levels, identify and initiate ABM activities and finally hand over the SQLs to Sales. As owner of the lead engine, you are also responsible for ongoing development and evaluation of our platform and optimization of our approach based on best practices as well as the data quality.
(2) Being the MarCom market responsible for Sweden. You will be the MarCom point of contact in Sweden, nurturing our good relations into the Swedish organization, securing synergies and ensuring smooth daily operations. Based on the country strategy and tactics, you will – together with the Swedish leadership team – build the country-specific GMT strategy and – together with the rest of the MarCom team – deliver on the tactics. It will be your role to promote MarCom initiatives and ideas to Sales for inspiration, while also conveying country insights and prioritized tasks for MarCom execution. You should also expect some hands-on support of local MarCom activities such as local events and minor ad-hock translations and proof-reading.
You will be based in our Swedish HQ in central Malmö, and spend one day a week with the MarCom team in our Danish headquarters in Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen. The Copenhagen office is easy accessible by public transportation. You can also take advantage of our hybrid-remote work policy and work from home when appropriate.
You will refer to Cepheo’s Chief Marketing Officer, who is located in Copenhagen, and have a dotted line reporting to the Managing Director in Cepheo Sverige, who is located in Malmö.
What we are looking for:
- An experienced marketeer with a strong marketing tool box and high level of business acumen
- Solid HubSpot hands-on lead handling experience with an eye for detail
- A likable, dedicated team player who knows that success comes through close collaboration – both within the MarCom team and across the Swedish organization
- A professional who can work independently with a high level of self-motivation and drive
- A proactive mindset to actively drive both our HubSpot lead engine as well as our positioning in Sweden
- A candidate who can balance the needs and wishes of the organization with our overall priorities and benefits
- The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
IT-market/Microsoft Dynamics understanding is an advantage, but not a requirement
