About Brightvision
Brightvision is a B2B growth agency that specializes in results-driven marketing for tech companies. We have around 100 employees located around the globe, working with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry. Although our main office is in Gothenburg, Sweden, most of our colleagues work remotely, including team managers. So, you have the flexibility to live wherever you want in the world.
What does the position entail?
On our Growth journey we now need a HR Specialist with focus on recruitment that also can cover general HR tasks. You will have one direct report in this role.
- You will lead our remote recruitment by: Identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet our rapidly growing B2B tech client demands.
- Sourcing candidates from around the world, you will ensuring we tap into the best global talent pools for both recruitment and broader HR initiatives.
- Oversee HR responsibilities such as employee relations and compliance, while maintaining a recruitment focus.
- Assisting our leaders in their work with keeping our employees motivated. This also include keeping track of relevant KPIs.
- Sourcing candidates from around the world, you will ensuring we tap into the best global talent pools for both recruitment and broader HR initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with our teams to understand hiring needs, design job descriptions, and address HR-related concerns that capture our culture and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in B2B tech recruitment and HR best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards.
- Leverage cutting-edge recruitment and HR platforms, tools, and techniques to optimize our processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, as well as other HR KPIs, to ensure we continually improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advocate for a diverse workforce, ensuring our recruitment and HR practices promote inclusivity.
Who are you?
- You have previous successful experience in recruitment for both Specialized and High-Volume recruitments within Marketing and Sales, preferably for B2B and IT.
- A persistent, self-starter with a track record for success with an entrepreneurial mindset, you have a ”doer” mentality.
- Worked mostly with recruitments and now want to take a bigger role within HE to cover more areas.
- Worked proactively with candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge about Nordic and European culture of working.
- Speak and write English in a professional way.
- Willing to learn and evolve in the role.
- Interested to work in a fast-paced environment where we strive to offer excellent services to our clients, every day
- You are available to work as a freelancer (invoicing every month).
