About The Role:

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and skilled Head of Growth who can own and lead Greenely’s growth objectives and execute the overall commercial strategy for Greenely to accelerate Greenely’s growth journey.

You will continuously work with the mission to provide the greatest possible energy experience to our customers and users. You will have a broad mandate that you will be expected to excel within by working both independently and collaboratively to scale Greenely across all borders. You will report to the CEO, and be a key member of Greenely’s senior executive team.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will own Greenely’s growth targets and organization, develop commercial strategies, implement them, and ensure we hit agreed-upon commercial goals
  • Develop commercial strategies, processes and best practices to maintain and grow revenue and quality customer acquisition at continued high growth rates
  • Uncover new pathways to growth through untapped markets and scale existing capabilities
  • Work directly with the CEO and other executives to define and codify key company-wide priorities, including but not limited to our company goals
  • Build market positioning and pricing strategy in partnership with the product and marketing team based on competitive intelligence and game plan to compete effectively and win in the market(s) Greenely are present and enters
  • Form a strong independent point of view on ”what it will take” to achieve company and business-unit-specific operating goals, working with the executive team to understand potential gaps, define plans to address them, and ensure success
  • Periodically lead one-off projects on key strategic topics as they emerge
  • As a key member of the executive team, you’ll identify emerging issues in events or processes that impact company goals and develop strategies to resolve them, collaborating with other organizational areas as needed
  • Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory changes

Who you are:

  • We believe that you have exceptional execution skills, a strong drive, and the ability to effortlessly zoom in and out between the visionary level and operational optimization.
  • You are a strategic thinker and have a deep knowledge of what makes a successful commercial organization, and have a strong interest in and experience of leadership.
  • Disruptive thinker, willing to challenge conventional and siloed thinking, drive change and offer a different viewpoint
  • Demonstrated experience in growth, market and/or management consulting
  • Proven track record for achieving target revenue and sales goal
  • An ambitious multi-tasker and a problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated excellence guiding high-performing teams of executives in working together to achieve company and business unit goals
  • Unwavering focus on data and results
  • Strong influencing skills as well as ability to communicate directly to drive accountability where required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; previous experience with board & executive communications a plus
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive in a high-paced environment, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems where required

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years background in a senior commercial/growth role
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role, preferably with teams in several countries
  • Have been a pivotal part (ideally as Head of Growth or similar executive role) for a B2C or SaaS growth journey
  • Understanding of, and ability to work closely with, organizational stakeholders including CEO, CFO, product teams, and people operations
  • A relentless drive, humility, execution power, and belief in total ownership
