Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our product development team in Mölndal, as Head of Engineering. You will manage two onsite teams, including remote members from Spain, Serbia and Sri Lanka, supported by experienced Team Leads. You will report to the CTO and work closely with your peers, Head of Product Management and Head of UX Design, and you will be a member of the Product Development Management Team.

In addition to people management responsibility, you will also have ownership for the Engineering discipline, including processes for development and QA, architecture, security, frameworks, tools and technologies. We are looking for someone with a strong skillset in R&D leadership to join our transformation from delivering an on-prem solution to SaaS, including a large portfolio of applications.
