Join us at Zeekr Tech Eu and become a part of our collaborative team. We are now looking for a Head of Corporate Operation that will lead a small team of 4-6 people. The team covers several company-wide functions, such as Facility & Office Management, Security, Work Environment, Crisis Management, Management Systems and Audits.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Crisis Management (also called Business Continuity) network. You will work actively within the Facility & Office Management area, and therefore you need to have some background in this field to be a successful candidate. You will also manage the Corporate Operation team on a daily basis, including budget responsibility. Based on Lindholmen, Gothenburg you will work with members that are, just like you, proud of their professionalism, motivation, and level of skills.

The Corporate Operations team will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop routines, processes, training schemes and materials within work environment, as well as negotiation and contract management with main suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
  • Provide support to the IPO teams, leading to successful certification with follow up and resolution of open issues
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders as well as contracts within office management,, as well as managing contracts (lease contracts, rental contracts, insurance, service contracts etc.) in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
  • Security rules, procedures and application of those (e.g. building access, prototype protection)
  • Plan and execute office projects, such as move of teams, change of furniture, etc.
  • Check and approve invoices, administrate purchase requisitions and contracts etc.

Key Requirements and Personal Attributes

  • A minimum of 3 years documented and successful people management experience with an excellent ability to motivate people
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility and office management (knowledge of various types of property and equipment insurance)
  • Experience in security management
  • Experience within the work environment area is highly appreciated
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong team player with a group-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative environment to drive collective success
  • Fearlessly takes on new challenges, showing a willingness to step out of comfort zones and explore innovative solutions
  • The ability to keep a good dialogue with stakeholders and partners, both internal and external
  • Fully proficient in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
