The mission of your role

Safello is on a journey to transform the financial industry for good. In an ambitious pursuit like this, we need ambitious talent to help us get there. As Head of Business Development, you will play an important role in driving Safello’s growth. Working closely as sparring partner with the CEO, you will be part of shaping Safello’s business in regards to the product portfolio, business development as well as leading projects and implementations. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, placing you at the heart of the company.

You will collaborate with all teams and be a part of Safello’s management team, consisting of the CEO, Head of Finance, General Counsel, and Head of Engineering. The role is based in Stockholm, with occasional travel.

Your main responsibilities will include…

  • Leading projects related to product development for retail, business and institutional clients
  • Driving business development and packaging Safello’s offerings based on data analysis, market demand and commercial opportunities
  • Establishing a sales force and further develop the sales strategy

About you

In order to succeed in the role we believe that you have….

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Have experience of working in the financial industry at a licensed company
  • Excellent product development and product management skills
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry

It is considered an advantage if you…

  • Have experience of working in sales, such as key account management
  • Have prior experience of working in the crypto industry
