To increase speed even further, we’re now looking for a Head of BDR. In this role, you will be managing a team of 4 Business Development Representatives that work closely together with our industry sales teams – Automotive, BFSI and Telecom. You will be a part of our Growth department and report directly to our CMO.
This position is located in Stockholm where you can work from our HQ with a flexible remote work model.
Your challenge
Your main goal in this role is to develop, scale and coach the team, with the goal to ensure delivery of successful and efficient prospecting, stakeholder mapping and pipeline creation & acceleration, in order to support business growth.
You will be working closely with Marketing, Revenue and BizOps to align on ABM (Account Based Marketing) initiatives, analyse accounts and personas and identify new potential ways of entering new dialogues.
In your everyday work, you will:

Hire, lead and motivate the team by building an inspiring team culture that encourages open communication and rests on Scrive’s core values.

Set clear team goals and priorities to achieve ambitious results around activity and efficiency around prospecting, customer mapping, pipeline generation and acceleration.

Track and report on team performance on a regular basis

Coach the team in prospecting potential customers via cold calling, email, social selling or other forms of communication.

Manage account distribution and territory management of outbound and inbound activities.

Ensure the team works efficiently with relevant tools for prospecting and outreach activities in order to maintain an updated client database, to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads.

Use data for reporting and analysis in order to improve activities and ways of working.

At least 2-4 years of experience from working with B2B sales, preferably with large complex deals

Proven track record of building and managing high performing Sales or BDR/SDR teams

Are fluent in English, both verbal and written

Valid EU work permit
